Apple Orange Salad


Ingredients
Apple ( cut into thin round slices ) : 2
Plantain ( cut into round slices ) : 2
Cabbage ( grated ) : ½ cup
Orange slices ( skin peeled and seeds removed ) : 1 cup
Orange dressing : ½ cup
Fried groundnut : ½ cup
Method
Place the apple pieces in a flat broad vessel.
Next place the plantain slices.
Spread grated cabbage.
Place orange slices.
Pour orange dressing and refrigerate.
Sprinkle fried groundnut and serve.
