Carrot Orange Salad

Ingredients
Orange : 1
Carrot : 2
Oil : 2 tbsp
Mustard : ½ tbsp
Lime juice : 1 tbsp
Cream : ½ cup
Curd : ½ cup
Salt : as needed
Pepper powder : as needed
Method
Peel the skin and grate carrots.
Soak in cold water for an hour.
Strain the water.
Remove the skin of oranges.
Separate the slices and set aside.
Mix all the items and refrigerate.
Serve chilled.
