Ingredients
Oil : 1 cup
Spring onion ( cut finely ) : 5
Capsicum ( cut finely ): 2
Tomato ( cut finely ) : 1½
Salt : as needed
Sugar : 2 tsp
Soya sauce : 1 tsp
Corn flour : 2 tsp
Method
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add onion, capsicum and fry for 2 minutes,
Add tomato, salt, sugar, soya sauce and fry for 2 minutes.
Mix corn flour in 2 tsp of water, add to the contents and stir well.
Remove from the stove and serve hot.
