Carrot Yogurt Salad

Ingredients :

Yoghurt - 2 cups
Carrot - 3 nos ,Peeled & grated
Green chillies - 1 no chopped finely
Tomato - 1 no chopped
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste acc to taste
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
oil for seasoning

Method
Wash , peel & grate the Carrots.
Wash & Cut coriander leaves finely .
In a serving bowl mix the yoghurt,Carrots,chillies,tomato with salt.
Heat oil in a apn, splutter mustard seeds and pour over the above and refrigerate.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve chilled with any Breads or Rice dishes.
